About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our healthcare vertical solutions team. In this role, you'll build repeatable products that solve critical challenges for healthcare providers and payers, with a focus on revenue cycle management, including referral management, prior authorization, claims submissions, and denials management.

You'll be responsible for shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps, and delivering AI-powered automation solutions that drive measurable outcomes for health systems and payers. This position requires strong healthcare domain expertise combined with proven B2B SaaS product leadership.

What You'll Do

Product Development & Strategy

  • Design and deliver repeatable automation solutions targeting critical provider pain points, with initial focus on claims denial resolution

  • Define the product roadmap for healthcare vertical solutions, identifying high-impact opportunities across different health systems

  • Translate complex healthcare requirements into clear product specifications and decision logic

Technical Leadership

  • Build solutions that leverage healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and integrate seamlessly into provider environments

  • Partner with engineering and applied science teams to determine where AI, ML, and RPA can deliver the most value

  • Make informed decisions on technology architecture and responsible AI deployment in regulated healthcare environments

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Champion solutions to internal stakeholders, building consensus around product priorities and go-to-market strategies

  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, AI teams, product marketing, and sales to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Work directly with healthcare providers and payers to understand workflows, validate solutions, and drive adoption

Market Intelligence

  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape

  • Use market insights to inform product decisions and strategy

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years building healthcare-specific products at a B2B health tech or SaaS company

  • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory environment (HIPAA, CMS rules)

  • Claims domain expertise: Solid understanding of the claims lifecycle, including claim submission, denial categorization, and resolution

  • Experience building solutions in healthcare environments with understanding of unique requirements and constraints

  • Proven track record of successfully launching complex, enterprise-grade software products for healthcare providers or payers

  • Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies

  • Understanding of model evaluation, A/B testing, monitoring, and building trustworthy AI systems in regulated environments

  • Strategic thinking with ability to identify market opportunities and execute against ambitious goals

  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

  • Passion for AI-driven automation and vision for transforming healthcare workflows

Bonus Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and clinical coding

  • Experience selling into large health systems or payers

  • Hands-on experience launching generative AI or LLM-powered features in enterprise products
