Your mission
At UiPath, you will be at the forefront of our sales growth strategy, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for our industry-leading automation platform. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your skills while helping organizations transform their operations through intelligent automation. Your role is essential in expanding our market presence and contributing to our mission of accelerating human achievement through the power of automation.
What you'll do at UiPath
Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in assigned territories
Conduct initial outreach to prospects through calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in UiPath solutions
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives with decision-makers
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect information in our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns and events for lead generation
Develop a thorough understanding of UiPath products, services, and competitive landscape
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
What you'll bring to the team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections and persist through challenges
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related client-facing role
Knowledge of the software industry or automation technology
Experience with prospecting tools and social selling techniques
