Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. We provide business advances of between £10k and £5m without credit checks, personal guarantees, warrants, equity, or compounding interest -- and make money by charging a low flat fee that is paid back from future sales revenue. What you will do ✍️

• Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across customer inquiries and colleague issues
• Conduct KYC and KYB checks, ensuring adherence to established standards and verifying information accuracy
• Use internal tools to transform manual customer documentation into machine readable format
• Be flexible and diligent while switching between the above tasks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex issues, ensuring prompt resolution and smooth operations
• Offer insights to shape product development based on experiences gathered from support, due diligence, and operational functions

Who you are 👀

• Experienced in due diligence, KYC, customer support, or sales support, ideally in diverse industries or tech sectors
• Strong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areas
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) is advantageous
• Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Interest or familiarity with high-growth business environments
• Willingness to work on a shift basis (1 week in every 3 on US hours)
• SQL skills are a plus
