Role Overview 🚀

At Uncapped, we help ambitious founders realize their dreams. We are seeking a highly motivated BDR Manager to lead our outbound sales efforts in the US. You’ll empower the BDR team to drive sales growth by generating qualified meetings with Founders and C Suite Execs from our ICP via multi-channel outbound campaigns. You’ll use both short and long-term lens to hit our market goals, ensuring the right processes and people are in place to get there. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in the commercial function and product teams to create and support systems that scale and innovate.

Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.

Uncapped provides working capital loans to small to medium size businesses with brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

What you will do ✍️

  • Scale and lead a team of high-performing SDRs
  • Track daily activities and hold your team accountable to KPIs and ambitious targets
  • Provide group training and individualised coaching to upskill your team and ensure they’re continually growing
  • Run creative experiments to maximise key outbound metrics
  • Identify inefficiencies in the outbound process and work with the Rev-Ops and Engineering teams to solve key challenges and drive results
  • Own recruitment, onboarding and professional development of the SDR team
