We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Uncapped.

As part of Uncapped team; you will be involved in building the next generation of products suited specifically for the needs of fast paced digital entrepreneurs. As we continue to expand globally; our goal is to have a team who are capable of getting the most out of our internal data and creating high-level business intelligent streams, while keeping our products ahead of the competition and powering new and exciting services that solve real problems for our customers.

As a dedicated Data analyst within our core product, you will be involved in regularly conducting analysis for all stakeholders. Your daily work will impact how and what we build; as well as drive the direction we are heading as a business. You will dive deeper into crucial team metrics, drive best practices and help scale our data governance. The insights generated from your datasets will crucial and used by the rest of the company to enable our growth globally.

Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

What you will do ✍️

• Work closely with back-end developers to use existing infrastructure to collect data and surface insights to key stakeholders
• Work with the Leadership team to define and create KPIs for tracking business metrics
• Dig into our data to supply key stakeholders with data and insights to support their decision making
• Ensure the performance and high quality of analysis by conducting data integrity checks and peer code reviews
• Help resolve data queries through your own analysis, or by providing the infrastructure for others to resolve their issues themselves.

• High proficiency in SQL
• Google Cloud Platform for all of our analytics infrastructure
• Dbt-like tool and BigQuery SQL for our data modelling and warehousing
• Dataform for managing data pipelines
