We need an insightful, collaborative, and persuasive Talent Partner to join our growing People team, to focus on hiring across all departments. You will play a vital role in the company’s growth and success by understanding the hiring needs of teams throughout the company and expertly matching the best candidates to the roles.

Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.

Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

Uncapped has raised VC funding from most notable investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.

What you will do ✍️

The Talent Partner will focus on direct recruiting, finding the best talent through insightful networking, leveraging external targeted research, and promoting internal referrals. By building effective, collaborative relationships with internal hiring teams and stakeholders, you will best understand the work behind the job descriptions and what makes each team tick.

You will recruit according to our values.   • Identify and recruit the highest-calibre candidates for each role
  • Ensure each candidate receives an outstanding candidate experience
  • Drive full life cycle recruiting: from sourcing, to ensuring a smooth interview process, to closing finalists
  • Help shape the talent acquisition strategy and ensure the process is fair, accurate, and efficient
  • Manage the ATS (Workable)
