Interim 6-months contract role based in London (Hybrid)

Role overview 🚀

We are looking for a hands-on Interim Credit Risk Strategy Lead, who will oversee the development of credit risk strategies for Uncapped’s growing small-ticket business lending portfolio.

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in building credit acquisition strategies within the fintech or banking industry, focusing on the consumer or SME lending sector and should be able to code in Python at a very advanced level. They must have a proven history of quickly settling into new businesses, developing working relationships fast and driving positive impact in relatively compressed timelines.

We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, coupled with a strong analytical mindset. Given Uncapped's reliance on non-standard data sources for loan underwriting, robust technical skills and a principles-first approach are essential.
