What you will do ✍️

The Recruitment Specialist will support direct recruiting, find top talent, and ensure smooth recruitment processes. You'll build relationships with internal teams, understanding job descriptions and team dynamics.

Recruiting according to our values, you'll promote diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging. This is a pivotal time for a recruiter to influence our growing company. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and recruiting for various roles
• Providing excellent candidate experiences
• Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to closing finalists
• Shaping the talent acquisition strategy
• Managing the ATS (Workable)
