We have an exciting new role as a Head of Finance, reporting directly to the CEO and founder and taking end-to-end ownership of financial operations within Uncapped. The Head of Finance will build and scale the finance department and its processes, making an impact on the strategic direction of the business and helping us scale globally.

Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.

Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

Uncapped has raised VC funding from most notable investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.

What you will do ✍️

• Lead and build out Uncapped Finance Function
• Be accountable for all Finance and Accounting processes globally
• Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Liaise with executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure internal and external reporting is accurate and timely
• Advise on venture capital and private equity fundraising strategies
• Develop strategies to increase return on investment and profitability
• Be hands-on!
• Know and adhere to UK generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Securities
