We’re looking for exceptional people to join our growing Collections team at a fast paced and rapidly growing FinTech company. You must have previous collection experience, excel at managing customers and be motivated to build a career in Collections. Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.

Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

What you will do ✍️

You'll get to work with our Collections Lead, Head of Underwriting , CRO, CEO and also the most senior people representing our clients.

You'll have a major impact on the Uncapped bottom line and give us a platform for growth by ensuring we minimise our losses and maximise cash flow for investing in the growth of our portfolio.

You need to get a kick out of working in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment. Finding the problem is half the battle, coming up with the solution is the prize.

The customer-facing side of the business is central to what we do. We care about each and every one of our borrowers. Their delight is our success. Your interactions with them inform how we grow our business. You’re not a cog in the machine: you’re a source of information on how we can get better.

You will join a growing team where your day-to-day is dynamic and employee input into operations is valued. Joining the customer-facing side of the business is a really important task - happy customers are a vital part of our success!

You will be interacting with new and existing customers on a daily basis, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and great experience. Problem-solving, keeping a calm head, and having a ‘can-do’, friendly attitude are essential.

You will need to be well versed in having difficult conversations with company owners with a view to finding solutions for both parties.
