Your mission
As an Office Management Assistant (approx. 10 hours/week), you make sure our Berlin office runs smoothly. Your impact is highly tangible: a clean, organized, well-stocked office, reliable internal events, and a great day-to-day experience for everyone at Vanilla Steel. If you enjoy keeping things running, spotting what’s missing, and turning small details into a big difference - this role is for you.
Typical responsibilities include:
Keeping the common areas clean and organized
Restocking snack bar, drinks, and office supplies
Administering the office budget and tracking basic expenses
Filing team expenses and tracking invoices
Handling printing, scanning, and incoming post
Supporting onboarding setups (desk, basic equipment)
Helping organize company breakfasts, small events, and internal activities
Seasonal tasks such as packing and mailing gifts
