- Architect and scale advanced backend systems that power our AI-driven platform, harnessing the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and machine learning for intelligent automation and content generation.
- Design and implement high-performance services using Golang and Python, crafting robust APIs that facilitate complex workflows seamlessly.
- Dive into hands-on projects with the latest AI and LLM technologies, creatively integrating various models (such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini) to construct intelligent workflows and automate processes effectively.
- Collaborate closely with our product, AI research, and engineering teams to develop end-to-end features that deliver innovative AI-powered solutions to our users.
- Research emerging AI techniques and implement them to optimize model inference, enhance prompt engineering, and ensure efficient routing among different LLM providers.
- Drive technical decisions by leveraging data-driven insights while balancing performance, cost, and user experience within our AI-first architecture.
- A seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in architecting, deploying, and maintaining scalable, distributed backend systems.
- Strong expertise in Golang and Python, with familiarity in frameworks like FastAPI, Gin, or Echo to build efficient services.
- Proven experience in AI/LLM integration, including prompt engineering, model APIs, vector databases, and the development of AI-powered applications.
- A solid foundation in both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) as well as experience with message queuing systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) along with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- A product-minded engineer who possesses the ability to translate intricate AI capabilities into user-friendly features, constantly driving innovation beyond technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AI observability, with skills in monitoring LLM performance, optimizing costs, and creating reliable AI systems at scale.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a capacity to succeed in a fast-paced, AI-driven startup environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
