As an early team member, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our team create the most innovative and effective Street Works training and assessment ever offered.

In late 2023, we raised one of the strongest seed rounds in Europe from tier 1 investors, including Creandum (early investors in Spotify, Klarna and iZettle).

Now, our highest priority is building out a team that pushes each of us to do our very best work and cares intensely about our team and customers.

What you'll be up to 🚀

You’ll be delivering Street Works training and assessment to our customers in the North of England and Midlands across infrastructure, traffic management and telecoms sectors.

In addition, you’ll be working closely with our qualifications and product teams to build high quality digital assessment options, including asynchronous feedback to customers on their workforce capabilities and competence.

You’ll be extremely customer focused, helping us in our goal to offer Street Works training that truly meets the needs of our customers, whether that’s delivering training and assessment on site or building bespoke digital training solutions so they don’t have to take their workforce off the tools.

You’ll be a genuine Street Works expert; passionate about safety and elevating standards across the industry.

FYI: this is a full-time, employed role on PAYE. We are not looking for a contractor or freelance assessor.
