The Role:

The Customer Success Associate (West) is responsible for assisting the Customer Success Managers in supporting their most high profile customers. The role will focus on collaborating with internal teams, delivering on requests made by strategic customers and ensuring our team is delivering an exceptional customer experience to our partners.

You will:

  • Report directly to the Customer Success Area Director
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support strategic customers
  • Help the CSMs optimize the customer’s experience to exceed expectations and deliver meaningful results
  • Lead user training sessions for sites within the West region
  • Monitor customer engagement data, share data with customers and implement solutions to drive engagement to ensure product adoption
  • Proactively monitor, document, and address potential risks
  • Track and assist with high priority support tickets
  • Generate needed customer marketing materials
  • Support customer facing meetings, both remote and in-person
  • Help to standardize processes and reporting across the CSM team

Requirements:

  • Must have healthcare experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Marketing role OR clinical experience
  • Minimum 2+ years in account management or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems
  • Outstanding track record of working with customers
  • Experience with healthcare workflows and/or process improvement preferred
  • Willingness to travel (10-20%)

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Base Salary of $70,000 - $91,000

Total compensation includes base + bonus + stock options
