Your tasks:

  • You will be involved in and support the preparation of monthly closing and annual group reporting;
  • You are involved in the general accounting of multiple entities of the group, either holding companies or business driven legal entities;
  • You work together with IT, Controlling and other departments in projects to promote the innovation and further development of reporting;
  • You are involved in the preparation of the annual financial statements of wefox Insurance AG and wefox Holding FL AG;
  • You work hand in hand with the local insurance accounting team;
  • You represent the accounting department in new projects and ensure the correct accounting of new business processes;
  • You independently post all current business transactions in the accounting system (Abacus);
  • You independently upload all current business transactions in the consolidation system (Lucanet);
  • You take over the reconciliation of the sub-ledgers;
  • You actively support ongoing automation projects;
  • You independently lead and instruct the team on each and every Internal Control System tasks;
  • You will initially support and then take over the assignments related to reinsurance accounting;
  • Your tasks include the preparation of the weekly payment run;
  • You are involved in the external audit process;

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your commercial apprenticeship and have at least 2 years of professional experience in accounting;
  • You have experience in Liechtenstein GAAP and law as well as experience with cost centers;
  • You have fluent English speaking and writing skills and you ideally have knowledge of Abacus;
  • You keep a cool head in hectic situations;
  • You are interested in databases and want to develop yourself further in this field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage;
  • We are looking for a reliable, flexible, independent and team-oriented person who has the courage to take over the accounting processing independent;
  • You have an affinity for data and MS Excel;
  • You have an analytical and conceptual understanding as well as problem-solving skills;
  • You have an independent, structured and proactive way of working and are also very reliable;
  • You enjoy familiarising yourself with new tasks and working successfully in a team and have a hands-on mentality;
  • You have strong communication and writing skills in English, German is a plus;
  • 100% workload required;
