Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our sales team by actively engaging in live opportunities and working on global initiatives to enhance our sales processes. Your focus will be on tasks such as data-focused presentations, tailoring pitch-decks, RFP submissions, working with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deal timelines and more. You will be instrumental in supporting sales teams across markets from the top of the funnel all the way to deal closure. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to sell better, quicker, and larger deals.

Your Mission

  • Creating sales collateral, crafting compelling messaging, collaborating closely with product and pre-sales teams, and coordinating deal timelines to ensure internal alignment.

  • Support the sales team on live opportunities by assisting in tasks such as creating data-focused presentations, tailoring pitch-decks, and participating in RFP submissions.

  • Supporting the sales team on key account lists and account plans.

  • Collaborate with the wider sales operations team to impact global initiatives, adding resources and tools to empower selling individuals for more effective, efficient, and successful deals.

  • Executing on various content and event strategies to effectively help create top of the funnel across APAC.

About You

  • 2-6 years of experience in sales enablement role or GTM roles at an investment bank, consulting firm or SaaS.

  • Able to structure pitches and sales collateral, through deep understanding of key clients, product capabilities and data insights.

  • Able to extract and translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders. With ability to understand and write basic SQL queries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A proactive and creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas to the team.

  • Resourceful and entrepreneurial: You enjoy building and iterating, and don’t mind getting messy

Some Extra Skills That Would Be Awesome

  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience as part of a team selling to enterprises (multi-stakeholder deals). Part of an outbound sales motion with focus on consultative sales and account based marketing.
