We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented CRM Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in London. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for crafting visually compelling email campaigns, and a deep understanding of how to create engaging and effective email content. As an Email Designer, you will be responsible for designing emails and comms that help Wise reach millions of customers around the world.

A key part of that mission is raising awareness about Wise. As part of the CRM team you’ll work with our internal team to design email marketing and communications that help deliver this message and make the world’s money work for more people

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll collaborate with a talented and diverse team to create visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

• Design and implement responsive email layouts that provide optimal viewing experiences across various devices and email clients, incorporating multimedia elements such as images, GIFs, and videos into email designs

• You’ll build relationships with stakeholders, following up on performance and insights to learn how we can iterate to have more impact.

• You’ll convey ideas and beliefs with imagination and conviction, using creativity to challenge assumptions and ask ‘what if’.

• Living and breathing what competitors are doing in the space – and bringing a strong point-of-view on what Wise should be doing to cut through and deliver best-in-class communications

• Maintaining close relationships with the B&C team, to ensure our overall creative output is consistent and we continue to innovate and push the envelope creatively

This role will give you the opportunity to:

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role. You will have a strong portfolio of high-impact emails, that demonstrate great typographic, layout, art direction and technical skills across all things email.

• Proven experience in designing responsive email campaigns and templates.

• Knowledge in email software (e.g., Stripo, Braze).

• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Figma

• Experience designing in multiple languages.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms.

• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting.

• Desirable: Knowledge in HTML, CSS
