Job Description

We’re looking for a Stock Administrator to join our Tallinn office who can help us to build our operational excellence when it comes to administering global share plans.

In this role, you’ll be a part of our Global People team and an integral member of the Reward and Global Mobility team - a small but mighty group of stock, tax and reward experts. You’ll contribute to developing and improving our stock programme as we build for the future. Reporting to the Head of Share Plans , this is a unique opportunity to support employees and their lead on stock as well as wider global reward practices and analytics..

You will help Wise achieve its mission by applying your attention to detail and tenacity to support projects, processes and tools in order for us to attract and retain the best.

About The Reward Team

The Reward and Global Mobility team is part of the People Tribe at Wise. We are responsible for developing and implementing leading reward policies, delivering our comprehensive stock offering, coordinating salary review processes and curating our benefits offering. We work on lots of cool and exciting projects to help our people deliver Wise’s mission. The nature of our work also means that we collaborate with a huge range of people across Wise and there’s tons of opportunities to get involved in all sorts of different initiatives within our organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure the regulatory and operational excellence of Wise’s global share plans, including undertaking calculation of share awards, helping with stock processes, and managing securities filings and other stock compliance requirements

    • Support the quarterly granting and vesting processes of our global share plans

    • Deliver stock training sessions (e.g. onboarding) and support the development of stock and reward communications.

    • Identify and address any issues or changes to the stock plans and related administration processes, building effective relationships with our key external reward partners as well as internal teams such as finance and accounting.

    • Partner with the PTech (People Technology) team to automate reward and stock processes to continually de-risk and ensure robust and accessible employee data.

    • Build and maintain an understanding of stock taxation and apply to the management of tax rulesets and tax imports for domestic and internationally mobile employees on our employee share platform.

    • Support inbound and outbound relocations from a reward and stock perspective

  • Respond to our employees’ questions by managing our Jira ticketing system and shareplans email inbox

  • Develop and update related guidelines as necessary to ensure effective reward, stock and taxation support for Wisers.

  • Partner with colleagues across the globe in our people team; collaborating with recruitment, analytics, operations and people partners, as well as other teams outside of People (e.g. Company Secretariat and Finance) to deliver our stock plans and drive related initiatives forward.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • To work in a high impact, fast growing international team where you have freedom to learn and understand Reward, Global Mobility and Employment Tax in a fast growing organisation on a global scale. We're always keen to learn and listen to new ideas.

  • Be challenged and grow as you’ll be working with leads and employees - using data to solve reward based problems, suggesting solutions and supporting how we manage attraction and retention in order to help us reach our mission.

  • Build for the future, we’re working to build out frameworks and processes that work best for Wise, meaning solutions that may have worked at other companies might not work best for us - we don't have it all figured out yet and that's part of the fun.
