Sending, receiving, spending and holding - anywhere in the world. The “holding” part is where Wise Assets plays a role and we’re looking for a Growth Manager to join the team.
Wise Assets is one of the fastest-growing features today, with Stocks and Interest live in the UK, EU, Singapore, Australia, and expanding further. Our customers already earn £50m a month from their money held across the currencies on Wise. Holding money with a bank is non-transparent and unfair. It is non-transparent because you don’t know what the bank is doing with your money, who they are lending it to, and how much they are making from it. It is unfair because they provide you with free services, which you don’t know how much they cost to provide, and give you almost zero return for holding your money with them. Unfortunately, as interest rates have increased around the world, this problem is getting worse as banks pocket a greater share of this income.
The Wise Account is our antidote to holding money in a bank. With our Assets product, we enable our customers to decide how they want to hold their money. They can choose what it is invested in and what return it makes. We then charge a fair and transparent fee before returning the rest to them. It’s simple; it is our customers' money, so they should benefit from the return it generates.
Here's what you'll be up to:
- The Pitch: Working in the product team, you own how the Assets feature is positioned and presented to customers in apps, and extend this to landing pages and external campaigns. You’ll be writing words and sketching layouts, with the help of designers. You’ll ensure that expectations from investment services regulations are met.
Campaign: Design and execute campaigns on Wise and outside. The growth is both in cross-selling Assets and bringing customers new to Wise.
- Go direct: Own social media and manage direct customer interactions from support leads. When you convert people on the street and on Reddit, you’ll be able to convert them en masse with ads.
What we're looking from you:
Examples of products you’ve pitched preferably in financial services.
A demo of your metrics framework in past work and how you used it for results. We expect your past work would have needed impressive data skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, social media).
Our Offer
Base salary: 73,000 - 138,500 GBP gross annually (based on experience, level & interview outcomes)
