Job Description

About the Role

Are you passionate about building robust, secure, and scalable network infrastructures in the cloud? We’re looking for a talented Staff Network Engineer to lead our networking initiatives across AWS and GCP, shaping the foundation for our multi-cloud future. Join us to make a tangible impact in a company that values your expertise and celebrates innovation.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of our core network architecture in AWS and be at the forefront of designing and implementing our new network in GCP. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure seamless integration between the two environments, building a cloud network infrastructure that meets rigorous regulatory and compliance standards. This is a unique opportunity for a network engineering expert to drive a major transformation within a fast-growing organisation.

We believe that diverse perspectives are essential to innovation, and we’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where your expertise can flourish and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Network Architecture: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a multi-region cloud network infrastructure across AWS and GCP, ensuring scalability and reliability

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all current and future networking solutions meet industry standards for security and regulatory requirements.

  • Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency through network performance analysis and automation.

  • Team Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure our networking solutions support business needs and future growth.

Challenges and Opportunities:

This role is designed for those who thrive in environments where the pace is fast, the landscape is continually evolving, and the stakes are high. You will tackle complex problems that require a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and practical execution. The diversity of challenges will offer continuous learning opportunities, sharpening your skills and deepening your expertise in a dynamic, supportive environment
