Senior Digital Analyst
Wise
Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.
Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.
Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.
For everyone, everywhere.
More about our mission and what we offer.
You are a subject matter expert who thrives on turning marketing goals into robust digital analytics solutions. You’ll design and deliver complex analytics tracking implementations and lead technical projects; maintain good relationships across multiple Marketing teams and collaborate on projects with them frequently. You have experience working with digital analytics technologies including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Singular, or similar tools.
You have deep experience implementing and managing marketing and analytics tracking on Web and Mobile, especially with Google Tag Manager and MMPs such as Singular or AppsFlyer. You have a solid understanding of how data powers Paid Media, CRM, SEO and broader marketing strategies. You’re comfortable working with engineers, debugging Javascript tags, designing clean event schemas, and querying data from data warehouses. You work cross-functionally to deliver clear, reliable and impactful measurement solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Lead the design and implementation of robust, privacy-centric tracking across our Web and App journeys and marketing channels.
Work closely with marketing, analytics and engineering teams to scope, prioritise and deliver digital analytics solutions that drive impact.
Translate marketing goals into clear measurement plans, advising on data collection, event modelling, architectural designs and server-side tracking.
Own data quality and reliability of tracking technologies / stack, ensuring what we track is accurate and consistent.
Contribute to our roadmap of technical marketing projects, showcase work in demo days, squad days, or other internal forums.
Promote best practices, mentor team members and continuously help improve how we work.
Choose your path to impact – we believe people are most empowered when they work in teams that can act autonomously. So rather than telling you what to do, you’ll work with your team to create a vision of your own. Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you’ll have the freedom to make your own calls.
