This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact by taking full ownership of projects, including high complexity ones, from initial scoping to final implementation. You will be responsible for assessing problem size and impact, creating rollout plans, collaborating across teams, conducting testing, and refining solutions.
Your mission
- Independently own full cycle of project development from scoping and discovery to completion and impact assessment.
- Communicate regularly with card product stakeholders to provide support and insights for product improvements. An understanding of the card payment lifecycle is essential, and experience working with PSP’s/card networks will be advantageous.
Key Skills required to succeed:
- Project Management: Experience in managing project-based initiatives, which includes prioritization of tasks and impact analysis. Takes full ownership of high complexity projects from scoping to final implementation. Develops structured roadmaps and collaborates across teams.
- Risk Management: Coordinates with relevant risk teams to assess, mitigate, and manage risks.
- Data Interpretation: Translates customer needs into operational processes. Supports insights with data-driven analysis.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software that may be used in analytics Looker, Superset etc
- Impact and Performance Measurement: Develop relevant and impactful metrics & Establishes KPIs and SLAs for new products/features and processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with product stakeholders to provide support and insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensures timely and relevant communication.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Consistently investigates and provides timely alerts for anomalies detected. Proactively initiates projects to build and maintain dashboards for visibility of key trends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams
