Senior Enterprise Partnerships Manager

What’s Yonder?

“It's as if Time Out, Amex and Monzo had a baby” - Will T, Yonder Member

We’re building the financial membership of the future. One that works for how you live now. Not how your parents banked in the ‘90s.

Yonder combines credit and debit in one membership, designed to be fair, flexible, and actually enjoyable to use. No confusing terms. No dusty points system. Just rewards that actually feel rewarding - from bao to beer to a boarding pass.

We raised £23.4M in September 2024 to grow the team, launch even better rewards, and expand beyond the UK. If that sounds good to you, you’ll probably like it here. 🎉

Sounds cool. What’s my part in this?

Over the last year we've added a debit card, a free membership tier, hundreds of new independent partners around the country, and countless product improvements. We’ve also partnered with incredible enterprise brands like Qatar Airways and Uber, bringing our members rewards and experiences they can’t get anywhere else. These partnerships have been a huge hit, and we’re ready to double down: MC, our VP Strategy & Operations, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Partnerships Manager to take our enterprise strategy to the next level by finding and closing deals with major enterprise brands.

You’ll be at the heart of Yonder’s growth — building a pipeline of high-impact partnerships, hitting ambitious revenue targets, and making sure every deal delivers for our members and our partners. This is a hands-on role where you’ll hunt, close, and manage partnerships end-to-end, working closely with the whole team to turn each agreement into an experience our members love. If you thrive on making big things happen, enjoy creative problem-solving, and want to own major deals from start to finish, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Find high-impact partners: You’ll identify and approach big brands across sectors like travel, transport, groceries, and everyday services that will add real value for Yonder members. You’ll need to build and manage a steady pipeline of opportunities, moving prospects from first conversation all the way to signed agreement and beyond.
  • Deliver on revenue targets: You’ll negotiate and close deals that hit clear commercial goals while creating value for both Yonder and potential partners, and delighting our members. This means finding creative, scrappy solutions that unlock opportunities others might miss, balancing commercial impact with customer delight.
  • Make partnerships last: We’re a small team, and there isn’t a partner success team to hand over to once a deal is signed. You’ll own the full lifecycle which means nurturing the relationship, fixing problems quickly, and spotting ways to grow the partnership as well.
  • Bring people with you: You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure each partnership turns into a great member experience.
  • Learn and improve: You’ll track how each partnership is performing, share insights with the team, and use what you learn to make our future deals smarter and more impactful.

You're a great fit if you

Turn conversations into deals: You can open doors at big brands, even without a warm intro. You get to the bottom of what both sides need and can shape agreements that genuinely deliver.

Move quickly: You get deals moving fast. You’re comfortable testing ideas in the real world and adjusting on the fly. You’d rather get something live to learn from, than wait to line up a perfect solution.

Stay resilient and on course: Big brands are hard to break into. Long deal cycles, rejections, and dead ends energise you - and don’t make you lose momentum.

Own partnerships from start to finish: From first outreach to long-term growth, you stay close and make sure the partnership works.

Care about the numbers: You track your pipeline, measure results, and use data to decide what to do next.

You won’t be a great fit if you

👎 Only want warm leads: Origination is a big part of this role. If you’re not comfortable with cold outreach or chasing big brands without an intro, this isn’t the right fit.

👎 See ‘signed’ as the finish line: Your work doesn’t end at the contract. If you lose interest after the deal is done, you’ll struggle here.

👎 Avoid rejection: Breaking into enterprise brands takes resilience. If you fold on the first ‘no’, you’ll burn out fast here.

👎 Chase revenue at any cost: We care about hitting targets, but not at the expense of the member experience or partner alignment. If you’d push through a bad-fit deal to make a number, we’ll be misaligned.

👎 Need a big machine around you: You won’t have SDRs, partner success, or layers of sales ops to support you. If you need lots of infrastructure to do your best work, you might find Yonder too lean.

👉 Even if you don’t feel 100% qualified, please do apply anyway. Your attitude and desire to grow are just as important as your experience.
