Technical Project Manager – Airline Integrations / SaaS / APIs

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support technical delivery and airline integrations across the Americas.

This is a remote, long-term role working closely with leadership, engineering, and client-facing teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate technical delivery for airline and enterprise integrations
Support implementation planning, timelines, and project tracking
Work closely with engineering and product teams using Agile workflows
Help manage client communications and technical discussions
Translate business and client requirements into actionable delivery items
Track blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
Support backlog coordination and sprint planning
Help improve internal delivery processes and operational workflows
Maintain documentation and implementation materials
Support structured AI/LLM operational workflows and dataset organisation where needed
Requirements
Experience managing technical or software implementation projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable working with engineering and product teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, or enterprise software projects
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment
Strong English communication skills
Nice to Have
Airline, aviation, airport, or travel-tech experience
Technical or development background
Experience with Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar tools
Experience working with remote international teams
