We first sought to solve the burden of referencing, then sought to tackle the broader category of background checking.

The role of Customer Success Executive at Zinc is perfect for someone with strong written communication skills and a keen interest in learning. You’ll work directly with customers and users to deliver great experiences and gain valuable experience in a fast-growing startup.

As part of one of our top-performing teams, valued by both clients and the rest of the Zinc team, you’ll play a key role in our success. With the company expanding, there’s plenty of room to grow. 🪴

🚃 Your Day-to-Day 🗓️

  • 📧 Live chat & emails: Respond promptly to customer queries to ensure checks run smoothly.
  • Data management: Enter data and update dashboards to keep everything accurate and on track. 📈
  • Customer interactions: Speak with customers daily to help them deliver a great candidate experience. 👯
  • Problem solving: Think on your feet and resolve issues quickly to keep processes moving.
  • Frontline representative: As the main point of contact, your work directly impacts the success of our accounts. 💚
