Are you highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented with a passion for creating an engaging work environment?

In Dreamdata, we are fixing the broken world of B2B sales and marketing by gluing the efforts in marketing and sales together with revenue. Our technology provides transparency and enables insights for our customers into what works and what doesn't.

We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented professional to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, fostering a positive work environment, and assisting with administration for legal and HR. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating an exceptional workplace, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. You will report to the General Counsel and be surrounded by awesome people, so there will be lots of opportunities to grow your career.

This job is a great fit for someone with an interest in learning more about the legal and HR functions while supporting the entire office. You will be responsible for keeping the office fridges stocked with snacks and drinks, ordering office supplies and swag, keeping the office tidy and organized (like filling/emptying the dishwasher, setting up for events), and making sure the team has what they need to be happy and successful at the office. You will coordinate with the building manager, canteen, and delivery people, so conversational Danish can be very helpful but is not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hands-on office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and general office maintenance.
  • You don’t mind getting your hands dirty filling the dishwasher or decorating the office.
  • Organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and social initiatives to foster a strong sense of community and company culture.
  • Assist in administration of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, including working with our recruitment tool, Workable.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication with employees.
  • Assist with legal administrative tasks relating to customer, vendor, and employee contracts, working with our contract management tool, Juro.
