About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing SDR Team Lead to join our growing team in Copenhagen.
This is a true "Player-Coach" role designed for a top-tier sales professional who wants to lead from the front.
You will be instrumental in shaping the sales development culture at Dreamdata, helping us prove the value of B2B revenue attribution to companies worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by Example: You will carry an individual quota, qualifying leads and generating opportunities for our Account Executives. You will show the team "what good looks like" on the phone, over email, and on LinkedIn.
- Pipeline Generation: Execute outreach to target accounts and handle inbound interest, navigating complex organizations to book meetings with key decision-makers (CMOs, CROs, Heads of Marketing).
Master the Tech Stack: Deeply utilize our sales stack to uncover intent and prioritize your efforts.
How You’ll Lead:
- Day-to-Day Management: Act as the first point of contact for the SDR team, running daily stand-ups, call reviews, and pipeline inspections.
- Onboarding & Training: Help onboard new hires and provide continuous coaching to existing SDRs to improve their conversion rates and objection handling.
- Strategy & Optimization: Work directly with the Director of Business Development to refine messaging, test new sequences, and improve our qualification playbook.
Culture Building: Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and competitive environment where the team feels supported and motivated to win.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven SaaS Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience as a top-performing SDR in B2B SaaS (preferably MarTech or AdTech). You have the numbers to back up your success.
- Tech Stack Familiarity: You are proficient with HubSpot (our CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools. Bonus points if you have experience using Dreamdata or similar attribution/intent tools to prioritize outreach.
- Leadership Potential: You may have been a Team Lead before, or you are a Senior SDR who has informally mentored others and is ready for the next step.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You don’t just make calls; you look at the metrics to understand why something is working or failing. You understand the Dreamdata value proposition instinctively.
- Communication Skills: You are a master communicator, both in your sales outreach and in how you deliver feedback to peers.
- Copenhagen Based: You are able to work from our Copenhagen office to build culture and sit side-by-side with the team.
