Create and enforce clear sales processes: call flows, scripts, follow-up cadences, and qualification criteria
Collaborate with marketing and product to ensure tight messaging alignment and accurate targeting
Jump into patient-facing sales calls when needed (10–20% of the time), especially to test new scripts or tackle complex cases
Set up and manage dashboards, forecasting models, and compensation tracking to support performance and planning
Be the go-to person for GTM tech stack decisions, including tools for automation, reporting, and lead management

5 years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth startup
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams - you know how to set clear goals, give actionable feedback, and create a culture of accountability and growth
Proven track record of owning and scaling CRM systems (HubSpot)
Strong analytical skills, you’re comfortable diving into data, building dashboards, and communicating insights
Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
Strong understanding of B2C or B2B2C funnel mechanics, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or another complex-consideration space
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Flexible to work East Coast hours and accessible to the NYC office for occasional in-person collaboration
