We’re searching for an outstanding Head of Content Operations to lead and streamline our content production processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in content operations management, particularly in the health or lifestyle sector. You'll be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our content creation, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Life as Head of Content Operations at Peppy:

  • Take charge of Peppy's content operations, ensuring smooth integration of people, processes, and technology across the content lifecycle.
  • Develop and oversee efficient workflows and tasks for various content projects, ensuring timely delivery from conception to distribution.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards in content production, balancing volume with excellence.
  • Implement and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights, leading to informed, timely decision-making.
  • Lead a cross-functional collaboration, driving innovative solutions in content creation and distribution.
  • Utilise your experience to keep our content production on track and within scope.
  • Mentor and lead a team of content professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through performance management systems like OKR tracking.
  • Exhibit a strong balance of analytical and creative problem-solving skills, continually advancing our content production.
  • Employ outstanding communication skills to ensure alignment of team efforts with organisational goals.

Our dream Head of Content Operations has:

  • Extensive experience in a content operations leadership role, with a strong project management background
  • Preferably led content operations within the Health, Lifestyle or Wellness sectors, but we'd also be interested to meet content operations leaders from other startups or scale-ups in different sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing the operational aspects of content production, focusing on delivery, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and driving a content operations team towards timely delivery of projects.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing performance management and project tracking systems.
  • A blend of creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and efficiency in content operations.
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills, essential for managing cross-functional projects.

Package: The salary for this Head of Content Operations role is between £70,000 and £75,000 / annum, plus employee stock options.
