Hey! Thanks for taking the time to read through one of our open roles. We’re looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and we hope this could be a match made in heaven.

The Role
We need a creative powerhouse who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.
You’ll work across our two core products:
Peppy Clinical: Our expert-led healthcare app supporting menopause, fertility, men’s health, women’s health, pregnancy & parenthood.
You’ll be the guardian of our brand, ensuring Peppy’s visual identity is distinctive, professional, and engaging. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to develop designs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
What does the life of our Graphic Designer look like?
Shape and evolve Peppy’s brand identity across both Clinical and Benefits Platform products.
Design marketing content and assets across web, social media, email, campaigns, events, sales decks, and presentations.
Develop creative campaigns that captivate our audience and communicate Peppy’s mission with visual impact.
Own event branding—designing everything from exhibition stands to digital activations.
Ensure brand consistency by acting as a design champion across the company, ensuring internal teams, contractors, and partners adhere to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with Product teams to create seamless, user-friendly experiences across Peppy’s digital platforms.
Manage design resources—briefing, overseeing, and ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution.
Support employer branding & internal creative projects that strengthen Peppy’s culture and employee experience.
Deeply understand our ICP and tailor all assets to appeal to them as neatly and directly as possible.
Our dream Graphic Designer will be:
A strategic designer who understands that great design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about driving business impact.
A natural problem solver with a proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance Peppy’s brand.
A strong communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Meticulous with details but also able to step back and see the bigger picture.
A fast mover, thriving in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Excited about innovation, eager to explore new formats, tools, and creative approaches.
To be in the running we’re looking for:
5+ years in graphic design, ideally within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing outstanding design execution across digital, print, and brand assets.
Expertise in brand identity development, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across multiple channels.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles to contribute to seamless digital experiences.
Presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides) to make sales and leadership decks shine.
Basic motion/video design skills—you don’t need to be an animator, but a willingness to dabble is a plus!
Experience briefing and managing external design resources.
Ability to work autonomously while also being a strong team player.
