What you'll do

You will play a pivotal role in driving the design of our products alongside our Lead Product Designer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of complex problems and deliver simple, elegant solutions that are rooted in visual and interaction design best practices.
  

• Participate in running user research, testing prototypes and iterate designs based on real user feedback and data.
  

• Collaborate closely with a team of engineers and individuals with expertise in various finance domains to continuously improve the user experience.
  

• Work alongside our Lead Product Designer to help create the design vision, influence product strategy and uphold quality levels.
  

• Present your designs and share knowledge to the wider team in a way that simplifies complex concepts.
  

• Pro-actively push forward the quality of work, both in terms of design, overall experience, and internal processes.
  

• Expand and maintain the Sidekick design system.
  

• Contribute to branding, the website and the creation of marketing assets.
